Custom Items cannot be canceled after 12 hours and cannot be returned.
If something was wrong on our end shoot us an email and we will do our best to accommodate. Regular merch can be returned within 5 days of receipt in new unworn condition.

Do you provide International delivery?
We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada but contact us and we may be able to accommodate your location.
How do I return an item?
Email with the subject RETURN. Please provide your email address and name used to place the order to receive a R.A #. Returns will not be accepted without a valid R. A. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt and refunds will be processed accordingly. Shipping costs are non refundable.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking information will be updated in Paypal once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to be updated. All orders ship via USPS.
How long does an order take to process?
Most orders ship within 1-5 business days. Custom orders processing and shipping times vary so please check the description.
What are your delivery options?
We are based out of Boston and offer local pickup services. Use code NOSHIP to pick your item up. (Standard processing times do apply.)
